Full time – Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

You will manage permanent, fixed-term and temporary recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver an outstanding recruitment service and candidate experience. The role will also play a key part in workforce planning, market mapping, talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Main Duties:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple service areas
• Providing expert recruitment advice and guidance to stakeholders
• Developing innovative attraction and retention strategies
• Supporting hard-to-fill and senior recruitment campaigns
• Conducting market mapping and candidate engagement activity
• Leading on process improvements and recruitment best practice
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
• Supporting KPI delivery including vacancy fill rates and time to hire
