Resourcing Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: London, Glasgow, or Cardiff
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: -14.95 - -16.89
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 1 day in office per week. Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer recruitment activities with precision.
• Prepare candidate packs prior to job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Upload vacancies and candidate packs to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure timely despatch of recruitment packs and applications to hiring managers after the advertisement closing date.
• Consult with hiring managers for proactive diary planning to meet sifting and interview deadlines.
• Manage candidate communications effectively during all stages of the recruitment process.

Essential:

• Significant experience in recruitment coordination within a high-volume environment, leveraging an ATS for campaign management.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite; familiarity with SharePoint is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good understanding of legal compliance regarding personal data management.

Desirable:

• Experience in the Civil Service or a highly regulated environment.
