Many of these are established Kinetic relationships where we have recruited for the client over a number of years, giving you the opportunity to really understand their businesses, sites and the type of people who succeed within them.You''ll predominantly source blue-collar, skilled trades and higher-level industrial and manufacturing candidates for temporary and permanent opportunities.What you''ll be doing Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, our database, referrals and social media Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for regularly recruited skills Screening and interviewing candidates Matching candidates to temporary and permanent ..... full job details .....
