Location: London (Manchester may also be considered) Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsiteContract: 6 months (Potential Extension)IR35: Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to join a busy internal recruitment team within a large public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruitment professional who enjoys working strategically with hiring managers, using recruitment data to influence decision-making, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a variety of business areas. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective resourcing plans. Advertise vacancies and manage attraction activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights. Analyse recruitment data and market intelligence to support evidence-based hiring decisions. Produce recruitment reports and identify trends to improve recruitment performance. Manage multiple vacancies while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify recruitment processes and increase efficiency. Ensure recruitment activities comply with Civil Service recruitment principles and organisational policies.
