Resourcer Salary: £26,000 £30,000 DOELocation: NorthamptonThe Opportunity We re looking for a highly organised and proactive Resourcer to join our team, supporting our Recruitment Consultants in delivering a high-quality recruitment service.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, gain exposure to a fast-paced environment, and develop both candidate management and operational skills.The Role You ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from initial candidate attraction through to placement and onboarding, while also ensuring all admin and compliance processes are completed accurately.Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing and Screening Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databasesWrite and post job adverts across multiple platformsScreen CVs and conduct initial candidate callsBook interviews and manage candidate availability Candidate Management Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive experienceKeep candidates informed throughout the recruitment processMaintain and update the CRM system with accurate candidate records Administrative and Compliance Support Support with onboarding processes, right to work checks, and complianceEnsure all candidate documentation is accurate and up to dateManage interview scheduling and offer administrationSupport general office and recruitment administration tasks Team Support Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to support live ..... full job details .....
