Advertise vacancies across multiple channels to attract suitable applicants. Screen CVs and match candidates to active roles. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential candidates. Book registrations, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate journey. Maintain accurate candidate records on the database. Support consultants with day-to-day recruitment administration. Provide a first-class candidate experience, keeping individuals informed and engaged. Assist with compliance checks including right-to-work and reference collection. Essential Skills and Qualities Excellent telephone manner with confidence in speaking to new people daily. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
