Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our talent team. The Recruitment Resourcer will play a key role in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to meet-hiring needs. This role involves utilising various sourcing techniques, managing candidate databases, and supporting candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job vacancies.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability.

• Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
