We have an exciting opportunity to join our long-established and successful Southampton branch in Ocean Village.Resource/Compliance ConsultantThis is a varied role combining candidate resourcing, relationship management and compliance. You will play an essential part in attracting high-quality teachers and support staff while ensuring they are fully cleared and ready to work in schools.Daily activities will includeAdvertising vacancies across job boards and social mediaSearching for and approaching suitable teachers and support staffConducting candidate registration and screening interviewsBuilding strong relationships with new and existing candidatesCollecting and verifying references and employment historyProcessing DBS checks, right-to-work documentation and qualification checksEnsuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are completedMaintaining accurate candidate records on our internal databaseSupporting consultants with available candidates and urgent school requirementsKeeping candidates updated throughout the registration and placement processWe are looking for someone who is organised, confident and proactive, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will need to work well in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing several priorities at once.Previous recruitment, compliance, education or customer service experience would be beneficial, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.This is a ..... full job details .....
