Resource Worker - SCP Team

We are seeking a experienced Resource Worker on behalf of one of clients in the Middlesbrough Area.

As a Resource Worker, you''ll provide hands-on support to children, young people, and families, including those with disabilities or complex needs. You''ll help families build routines, access essential services, and create safer, more positive environments for children to thrive.

About the role:

• Deliver one-to-one and family support in homes and community settings.
• Encourage positive parenting, health, and wellbeing.
• Support families with education, health, and social activities.
• Work closely with other professionals to coordinate care.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to care plans.

Requirments:

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or willingness to achieve).
• Experience working with children, young people, and families.
• Flexible and able to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Contract length: 3/6 months, with expectation of extension.

Rate of Pay: -13.0016.00 ph, negotiable DOE

Working hours: Fulltime, 37 hours per week.
