Resource Planning Manager

We’re hiring a Resource Planning Manager

Looking to take the lead on workforce scheduling, forecasting, and planning across multiple sites£

This role is all about making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time — powered by the ADP scheduling system.

Hybrid working the busienss operate 7 days a week so are open to quirky shift patterns.

You’ll:

- Build and maintain accurate forecasts and schedules across sites
- Optimise colleague availability, productivity, and service levels
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver efficient, data-driven workforce planning

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced with ADP or similar workforce management tools
- Skilled in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning
- Comfortable working across multi-site operations
- Analytical, detail-focused, and confident engaging with stakeholders
