Key Responsibilities: As a Resource Planning Assistant, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of the Resource Management System. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including: Assisting the Resource Planning Supervisor in determining resource strengths to meet customer requirements. Providing administrative support for operations in the absence of the Resource Planning Supervisor. Maintaining an up-to-date demand profile to ensure effective personnel allocation, including managing restricted and recuperative duties. Administering Force rotas to maintain fairness and equity, while effectively communicating details to all relevant individuals and Command Teams. Monitoring staff working hours to ensure compliance with Force policy and Working Time Regulations 1998.
