This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce capability, resource planning, professional development, and future talent programmes within a complex and highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing capability requirements, supporting resource allocation across projects, enhancing professional development frameworks, and driving people-focused initiatives that strengthen P3M capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver People Development workstreams across the P3M function. Support day-to-day resource management activities, including workforce planning and resource allocation across projects and programmes.
