Your role Ensure the support of performance reviews, career conversations and general leadership of people to get the best from them. Drive the attainment of objectives, contribute to those objectives and drive success overall in the team. Support, understand and empathise with account challenges and complexities and to ensure resolution of such. Act as a point of escalation for account issues related to people, resource planning and new work take on. Manage the costs of resources, undertake hiring and other items to ensure the right people are in the right places.
