You''ll operate as a business partner to regional leadership, understanding upcoming demand, available skills and project pipelines to make sure the right people are deployed effectively.With a relatively small internal resource pool and demand regularly exceeding supply, you''ll need to be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions.Key responsibilities:Own resource planning across Benelux and NordicsMatch skills and availability against project demandWork closely with sales and pre sales around pipeline and upcoming requirementsBuild strong relationships with approximately internal consultantsManage resource clashes, utilisation and capacity constraintsEngage external delivery partners when additional capability is requiredProvide visibility around demand, supply and forecastingYou will need to have experience within resource management at ideally a technology / Saas Professional Services or consultancy.
