Our leading client is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join their team in Newcastle. If you have strong administrative skills, are comfortable using recruitment tools and MS Office, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Title: Resource CoordinatorStart Date: 12/08/2025End Date: 11/11/2025Location: Hybrid ( Newcastle )Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)Working Hours: Full-time, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)Hourly rate: 13.33/hrTravel: Occasional travel for meetingsAbout the RoleThis role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You''ll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesBasic sifting of candidates/applicationsInterview schedulingCustomer service and communication via email, phone and text.Updating trackers and the recruitment systemAdministrative support (full training provided)Basic reporting - pulling data from systemsSupporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hubRequirementsEssentialExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Comfortable using computer systems and navigating ..... full job details .....
