The Resource Consultant Opportunity Our candidates'' experience is vital to us and this role will be a driving force in ensuring that our Resourcing Team provides exceptional customer service to everyone we work with. As Resource Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Resourcing Team Leader to ensure overall operational excellence within the Resourcing Team. This is a dual role with requirements to cover the call centre agent role alongside the Consultant requirements. This role will be based in Corby. The responsibilities of theConsultant element will include: Provide support to Resourcing Team Leader Complete QCRs Complete quality of call reviews with team members to create and ongoing feedback loop with team members allowing us to monitor capability and improvements over time.
