Key dutiesField-based door-to-door engagement with households and businessesProviding waste and recycling advice and educationSupporting environmental awareness campaigns and recycling schemesCarrying out surveys, data collection, and reporting using handheld devicesUndertaking communal site assessments and follow-up actionsSupporting customer enquiries and service improvementsDriving Council vehicles as required RequirementsFull UK driving licence (essential for all posts)Experience in a public-facing/customer service roleComfortable working in a field-based, outdoor environmentStrong communication and data recording skillsAbility to manage challenging conversations professionally ..... full job details .....
