Are you a skilled and experienced resin floor Layer looking for a long-term contract? We''re looking for a professional to join our team, specialising in car park upgrades across the UK. The initial work is based in the Livingston and Bathgate areas, but you must be willing to travel. Travel and accommodation will be provided.



Main Duties:

  • Thorough surface preparation, which involves using grinding and shot blasting equipment to remove existing coatings and ensure a clean, level substrate.
  • Cleaning and preparing the area by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing any dust or debris.
  • Mixing and applying a variety of resin primers and screeds, following manufacturer''s specifications precisely.
  • Installing durable anti-slip coatings, sealers, and topcoats.
  • Carrying out detailed line marking and signage application as required.
  • Working to project deadlines and coordinating with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining all equipment and ensuring materials are stored and managed correctly on site.
  • Strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).


Required Skills / Experience:

  • A proven and experienced Resin Floor Layer, with a particular background in commercial or industrial projects like car parks.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of skill and attention to detail in their work.
  • In possession of a valid CSCS card, which is an essential requirement.
  • Physically fit and able to perform the demanding tasks associated with the role.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel and work away from home to various sites across the UK.
  • A strong communicator who can liaise with colleagues and site management.
