The postholder will help people access crisis payments and other immediate support where eligible, build financial resilience, and connect with longer-term solutions that improve wellbeing and independence. This is a responsive, community-based role. It combines direct client support, community development and partnership working so that people receive the right help at the right time, while strengthening local responses to crisis and reducing the likelihood of future hardship.
