Acting as the key point of contact between residents, clients and site teams, you will ensure effective communication throughout project delivery while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between residents, clients, contractors and site teams.Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and residents throughout project works.Arrange and manage resident appointments for surveys, inspections and works.Provide regular updates to residents regarding work schedules, progress and any changes.Prepare and distribute resident communications, including update letters and notices.Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate project records, databases and tracking systems.Update internal trackers and ensure information is recorded correctly and ..... full job details .....
