      <description>Location: Hillingdon | Salary: &amp;pound;24000 - &amp;pound;25000/annum | Type: Permanent | Support Workers –Hillingdon    Rolling rota | 24-hour shifts | NVQ Level 3 required  | Weekly Pay + Night Shift Supplement     We are recruiting  experienced Support Workers  to join a passionate team in  Hillingdon , providing round-the-clock support across semi-independent homes for young people aged  16 to 25 .      Requirements:    Level 3 NVQ in Health &amp; Social Care /Children &amp; Young People   Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential or semi-independent setting   Full Right to Work in UK-  NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE        Shift Patterns:    Thursday &amp; Friday: 24-hour shifts (9am–9am)  OR  Saturday &amp; Sunday: 24-hour activity-focused shifts (9am–9am)  Rolling rota pattern  Resident Curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving       About our client:   Our client provides supported accommodation for young people who have faced significant challenges in life.
