Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Residential Supervisors for an Approved Premises in Oxford.This is a temporary contract requiring a mixture of days, nights, weekdays and weekends. Hours of Work over the 7-week rota works out 37 hours a week. Rota varies from week to week, sometimes two shifts, others four. The post is paying 14.99 per hour PAYE. As a residential worker in an Approved Premises, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of offenders in their transition from custody into the community, to achieve successful resettlement. The role will entail working at one main Approved Premise with the requirement to work across additional sites should the need arise. Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will assist with the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, helping them to stick to their license conditions and supporting them to keep themselves and others safe.
