Residential Surveyor - RICS Home Surveys

An opportunity has arisen for Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients. This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working. 

 We’re looking for two surveyors

• London: We’re open to surveyors based anywhere across London, with particularly strong demand across South West London, including Chiswick.
• Home Counties: We’re also looking for a surveyor to cover Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Also, If you’re based in West London and would prefer travelling out of London rather than dealing with London traffic every day, this could be an excellent fit.

 Areas covered: London, West London, South West London, Chiswick, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

What we are looking for:

• Approx 2 years’ direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and organise your own workload and appointments.

• RICS Residential Surveyor, Residential Surveyor, Residential Valuation Surveyor, Residential Building Surveyor, Home Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, Chartered Surveyor, or in a similar role.
