Residential Surveyor - RICS Home Surveys

An opportunity has arisen for Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties.As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients. This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working. We re looking for two surveyorsLondon: We re open to surveyors based anywhere across London, with particularly strong demand across South West London, including Chiswick.Home Counties: We re also looking for a surveyor to cover Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
