The Role The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of residential surveying work, including valuations and surveys for both lending institutions and private clients. Work will cover a diverse portfolio of residential properties, offering variety and regular client interaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct residential valuations for secured lending purposes Undertake RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Survey) reports Carry out Red Book valuations and reinstatement cost assessments Inspect a wide range of residential properties across London and the South East Deliver clear, accurate and professional reports to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and private clients Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines ..... full job details .....
