Due to continued growth, a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice specialising in residential property is recruiting for a Residential Surveyor in Huddersfield, offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced AssocRICS Surveyors and those with higher credentials to develop their careers within a respected and forward-thinking organisation. This is a remote / work-from-home role with a fixed geographical patch, designed to provide a strong work-life balance alongside structured operational support. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys within your designated area Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using modern technology Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process Manage a fixed geographical workload efficiently Work towards personal income and performance targets Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team development Maintain ongoing professional development through training and industry updates Ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards and guidelines Residential Surveyor ..... full job details .....
