The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys Undertake residential property valuations, including private valuations Conduct residential and commercial property inspections Complete HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys Deliver accurate surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the survey process Maintain high standards of reporting, documentation and compliance Manage your own workload and appointments effectively Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business Residential Surveyor Requirements MRICS or AssocRICS qualified Registered Valuer (VRS) Degree qualified in Surveying or a related discipline Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, building defects and property ..... full job details .....
