The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across your designated area Undertake Mortgage Valuations to a high professional standard Deliver accurate and timely reports in line with industry regulations and best practice Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts Manage your workload effectively while maintaining high service standards Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Residential Surveyor Requirements Minimum AssocRICS qualified Registered Valuer Status (VRS) Full UK driving licence Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and professional standards Ability to work independently and manage your ..... full job details .....
