The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports) Undertake Mortgage Valuations Deliver high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software Manage your own workload while maintaining excellent service standards Work closely with the support team to ensure an efficient customer journey Maintain professional standards and deliver accurate, compliant reports Cover work within a 25-mile radius of your home Residential Surveyor Requirements AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above Minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification surveying experience VRS registered Strong experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving licence Self-motivated with ..... full job details .....
