The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports) Undertake Mortgage Valuations Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the surveying process Ensure all reports are completed in line with RICS standards and regulatory requirements Cover survey work within a 25-mile radius of your home Residential Surveyor Requirements AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above Minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification surveying experience VRS registered Proven experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication ..... full job details .....
