We''re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice renowned for its expertise in residential surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Surveyor to join a growing team, working remotely across a fixed geographical area covering Devon and the Plymouth area. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with strong administrative and operational support provided, including booked appointments and compliance support. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys, including Level 1 and Level 2 surveys Produce accurate survey reports using market-leading technology Meet personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit Manage a fixed geographical work area efficiently Attend and participate in regional meetings Maintain professional development through ongoing training and industry updates Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients Residential Surveyor Requirements: Previous experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher Familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports Excellent customer service skills Strong organisational and communication ..... full job details .....
