We''re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering Sheffield and the wider South Yorkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor or above, looking to work remotely within an established regional patch, with strong earning potential, excellent benefits and the flexibility to manage your own workload. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch Complete Level 2 residential surveys Produce accurate, professional and high-quality surveying reports Manage your own workload and diary while working remotely Deliver an excellent standard of service to clients and stakeholders Use leading surveying software to support efficient report writing Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties Work independently while contributing to the continued success of the business Residential Surveyor Requirements Minimum AssocRICS qualification At least 2 years'' post-qualification experience Registered Valuer status and VRS experience Proven experience carrying out mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently ..... full job details .....
