Residential Support Worker Reports to: Registered Manager Salary: £14.50 to £15.00 Hours:40 hours per week (or as required) Our client provides high-quality residential care for children and young people in the London Borough of Greenwich. Working in partnership with families, local authorities and other professionals, our client aims to provide stable, supportive environments that enable children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential. Role Purpose To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people living in a residential setting, promoting their safety, well-being, independence and personal development. Working as part of a team, you will help create a safe, nurturing and positive home environment where children and young people can thrive. Provide practical, emotional and social support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans. Build positive, professional relationships that promote trust, confidence and resilience. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times. Support education, health appointments, leisure activities, life skills and independence. Assist with personal care, medication (following training) and daily routines where required.
