6 x Residential Support Workers

Up to -14 per hour

Sleep-in payments of -50 per sleep-in.

Essential Criteria

Please only submit CVs for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience working within an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Children''s Home setting.
• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People''s Workforce/Children''s Residential Care, or be actively working towards achieving this qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A good understanding and practical application of Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches, including PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), when supporting children and managing behaviours.
