Residential Support Worker Children and Young People Trafford £92.63 £115 per day Full-Time Long-Term Immediate StartWe are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join a supportive setting in Trafford, working with children and young people who require additional support.This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who has worked in children s residential care, youth support, SEND, SEMH or a similar environment.The Role:• Supporting children and young people with their individual needs• Building positive, trusting relationships and providing consistent support• Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour• Supporting young people who may display challenging behaviour• Providing emotional and practical support throughout the day• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured and supportive environmentWe re looking for someone who:• Has previous experience working with children or young people• Ideally has experience within residential care, SEND, SEMH, youth work or behaviour support• Is calm, patient, resilient and confident when dealing with challenging situations• Can build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries• Is reliable and committed to a long-term, full-time position• Is available for an immediate start Pay: £92.63 £115 per day, dependent on experience.If you re an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for your next opportunity in Trafford, we d ..... full job details .....
