You will work closely with the young people to help them develop life skills, build confidence, achieve positive outcomes, and reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.Build positive and trusting relationships with young people, acting as a positive role model.Support young people in line with their individual care plans, risk assessments, and placement plans.Promote emotional well-being, independence, and personal development.Encourage participation in education, training, hobbies, and community activities.Support young people to attend appointments, school, and social activities.Maintain accurate records, daily logs, incident reports, and other documentation.Assist with household tasks to ensure the home remains safe, clean, and welcoming.Administer medication where trained and authorised to do so.Work collaboratively with colleagues, ..... full job details .....
