Residential Support Worker

Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for flexible agency work? We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Residential Support Workers to support vulnerable children and young people across a range of residential care settings. The young people you will support may have experienced trauma or difficult life circumstances and may present with challenging behaviours, autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties and complex support needs. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them feel safe, supported and valued.
