We are currently recruiting for 3 homes in Swindon, Bridgewater and Wellington. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered. Upon a successful probation period, you will be encouraged to take the Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce.
