Residential Support Worker

As a group, we specialise in supporting Children and Young people with a wide range of support areas relating to health diagnosis and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and we are currently looking to grow our Residential Support Worker team within our Transitional Young People''s service 16-24. Want to work in a young person''s service that makes a positive, lasting difference to lives? Are you an experienced Support Worker and wanting to build your career within care and Mental Health? We need determined, caring and thoughtful people to build and develop healthy and positive relationships. We are looking for someone who Is caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships with others. Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Previous experience is essential for this role. What will I do as a Residential Support Worker? You will allow our young people to experience childhood/adolescence, build self-esteem and accept themselves, helping their journey into adulthood. You will help facilitate activities and appointments, supporting our Young People in all aspects of their lives. You will ensure their health and wellbeing needs are met whilst safeguarding them at all times. You will meet a variety of young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
