Salary and Benefits Salary is £35,360 per annum and includes up to 8 sleep-ins per month. If fewer than 8 sleep-ins are available, your salary will not be reduced. Additional sleep-ins are paid at £50 per sleep-in and any hours worked above your contracted monthly hours will be paid at your standard hourly rate.
