Support Worker - Young People (16-25)Location: LeicesterPay Rate: 12.95 per hourSleep-in Rate: 50 per shiftHours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts availableAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to support young people aged 16-25 in the Leicester area.This role involves supporting young people to develop independence, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within a safe and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred support in line with individual support plansSupport young people with daily living skills and independenceBuild positive relationships and offer emotional supportAssist with education, employment, and life skills developmentSupport with cooking, budgeting, and household tasksAdminister or support with medication (where trained)Maintain accurate records and report safeguarding concernsWork in line with safeguarding and organisational policiesWhat We''re Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and can demonstrate the following:A caring, patient, and empathetic approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekendsA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleCandidates with the following will be highly desirable:Experience working with young people aged 16-25A qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g. NVQ Level ..... full job details .....
