The role involves helping service users develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to live as independently as possible within the community, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. TEMPORARY POSITION Key Responsibilities: Support service users with daily living activities in line with their individual support plans. Encourage independence, participation and involvement in the wider community. Monitor mental health, assess risks to the individual and others, and support the implementation of risk management plans.
