About the Role We are looking for caring, committed and resilient Residential Support Workers to join a children''s residential home in Chesterfield. You will help provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people who may have experienced trauma, adversity and disrupted attachments. Working as part of the residential care team, you will build positive relationships with the children, provide consistent day-to-day support and help them achieve positive outcomes.
