The Role As a Qualified Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people living within our residential home. You will build positive relationships, provide emotional and practical support, promote independence and help create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care in accordance with children''s legislation, safeguarding procedures, company policies and Ofsted regulations. Key Responsibilities Build trusting and meaningful relationships with children and young people. Support young people in line with their individual care plans, risk assessments and placement plans. Promote positive behaviour through therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches. Safeguard children and young people at all times and report concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
