Please note: A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is ESSENTIAL. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered. Responsibilities Support children and young people in a residential home. Promote positive outcomes and independence. Follow care plans and behaviour support plans. Maintain accurate records. Safeguard children at all times. Work effectively as part of the care team. Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential). Minimum 12 months' experience in a Children's Residential Home. Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults' Barred List. Right to work in the UK. Overseas Police Checks where applicable.
