Residential Support Worker Driver

We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our established team in the quiet and scenic village of Oakley. Our residential service supports individuals with learning disabilities and other needs to enjoy an excellent quality of life. Our service houses a range of active and sociable individuals, who enjoy spending quality time with our staff at the service, and being out in the community. Examples of activities include shopping, listening to music, pampering sessions, cooking and baking, movie nights, arts and crafts, visiting local cafes, and going out for meals. Our service users also love spending time in nature; the service has a large garden with lots of visiting wildlife, and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby. Our service is located close to the A6, and has free onsite parking; there are also good public transport links via the Number 51 bus from Bedford. However, a full UK driving licence is essential. Experience is desirable, but not required for this role.
