      <description>Location: London | Salary: 13.50-13.50 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Bank Support Worker / Key Worker £13.50 per hour £35 per sleep-in North London and South East London Zero-Hours / Bank I am recruiting on behalf of my client, Willoughby Place Limited, an Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation provider for young people, for experienced Bank Support Workers and Key Workers to join their services across North London and South East London. Successful candidates will be placed within my client''s supported accommodation services, supporting young people to develop the practical skills, confidence, resilience and independence required as they transition towards adulthood. This is a bank / zero-hours position, with shifts offered according to service requirements. Shifts may include days, evenings, waking nights and sleep-ins. The role pays £13.50 per hour, with sleep-ins paid at £35 per shift. The role will include:  Providing safe, consistent and person-centred support to young people.
