Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for a Children''s Residential Support Worker to join a well-established residential home for children and young people in Wokingham.

As a Children''s Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide consistent support, guidance, and encouragement, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.

What the role requires:

• A minimum of 1 year''s experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare or a child-focused setting
• At least 1 year''s experience within a care environment
• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People''s Workforce / Residential Childcare (Not essential but preferred)
• Experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviours
• A passion for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
