This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.We are looking for determined, caring and thoughtful people to become long-lasting, significant adults in a child s life, and this could be the role for you.We are looking for someone who Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).Is caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships with others.Has a valid manual driving licence.Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.Previous experience is not essential for this role. Our Skills to Care induction includes 2 separate weeks of classroom-based training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the new role.You will also be supported to achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. This qualification is achievable within a 12-month period, at which point you will be a Level 3 qualified Residential Support Worker, supporting your ongoing development and career progression ..... full job details .....
