This is a lone-working role within a low-risk family environment. The family requires practical and emotional support due to a history of child neglect concerns and the mother''s ongoing mental health challenges. About the Role You will work directly with the family in their home, providing encouragement, guidance, and practical assistance to help improve outcomes for both the parent and children. The aim is to promote a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment while supporting the mother''s wellbeing and parenting capacity. Key Responsibilities Build a positive and professional relationship with the family. Support the mother with daily routines and parenting responsibilities. Encourage positive interactions between the mother and her children. Promote the children''s wellbeing, development, and safety. Provide emotional support and practical guidance. Assist with household organisation and establishing healthy routines. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records. Liaise with relevant professionals where required.
